The massing is formed by a platform (Library) and a “L” shape tower (Residential). The courtyard's shape acts as the form generator of the project, bringing light and ventilation to the interior of the library. The platform has three floors and a height of 35 feet. The tower has five floors above the platform, reaching 80 feet overall.

The below-grade level contains a preservation room, a multipurpose room and storage space for the use of the residents.The access is organized responding to the each particular program. The library's entrance is located in the courtyard as an invitation to discover the interior of the building. The apartments have direct entrances on both streets.
